Delivery timing depends on the item’s availability, destination and carrier. Domestic orders are shipped through PostEx; international orders are sent through DHL or Pakistan Post, as applicable. Returns and refunds depend on the Return, Refund & Exchange Policy. Report damaged, missing or incorrect items within 24–48 hours of delivery; eligible return requests generally need to be submitted within 14 days. Items must usually be unused, uninstalled and returned with original packaging, and some categories—including electrical/electronic, customized or special-order items, decals and clearance products—are excluded.
