Store Credit - Cashback of 5%

POLICY ON STORE CREDIT

This Policy on Store Credit (“Policy”) governs the terms under which customers of ndestore.com (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may earn and redeem store credit on purchases made through our online platform.

1A. Eligibility
Store Credit is available exclusively to customers who complete their purchase using any of the following online payment methods:

> Bank Transfer
> Visa Debit/Credit Card
> MasterCard Debit/Credit Card

Cash-on-delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for store credit.

2A. Store Credit Rate
Customers shall earn Store Credit equivalent to five percent (5%) of the total product value (exclusive of shipping, discounts, taxes, and additional fees) for each qualifying transaction.

For clarity:
> For every Rs. 1,000 spent, the customer shall earn Rs. 50 in Store Credit.
> The 5% rate is strictly applied to the net product value of eligible purchases only.

3A. Accrual and Usage
Store Credit will be credited to the customer's account within 7 business days after the order is confirmed and dispatched.

> Store Credit may be applied as a discount toward future purchases on our platform.
> Store Credit cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another user, or used for offline purchases.

4A. Limitations and Conditions
Store Credit is non-refundable and will be forfeited if the order for which it was earned is subsequently cancelled, refunded, or returned in full.

> The Company reserves the right to verify and confirm the legitimacy of any order before issuing Store Credit.
> Store Credit may be subject to expiration and usage limits as set forth in promotional terms from time to time.

5A. Modification and Termination
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate this Policy or any part thereof at any time without prior notice. Any such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification to the customer.

6A. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lahore, Pakistan.

How to use store credit?
Step 1: Visit the homepage and in header right corner Sign in to your account
Step 2: Verify email using an OTP
Step 3: Make your purchase and payment via (Visa or Mastercard)
Step 4: After successful payment, store credit amount shall reflect in your account
Step 5: On your next purchase you can use the store credit at checkout
